Before you start, we would like to inform you transparently about the processing of your personal data:

What happens to your photo?

We take a photo of you. This photo is processed exclusively locally on the device by our AI to dress you in a new digital outfit and create a short video clip from it. The original photo is used only for the duration of the processing (a few seconds) and is then immediately and irrevocably deleted from the device. It is not stored and is not uploaded to any cloud.

Where are the results stored?

Your generated AI image and video are stored on a secure server in Germany (Manitu Cloud). You can download the files exclusively via an individual, personalized QR code.

Who has access to your data?

Only persons in possession of your personal QR code have access to the results. No third parties have access.

How long will the data be stored?

All generated data (AI image and video) will be automatically and irrevocably deleted 14 days after the event. After that, they can no longer be recovered.

Legal basis

The processing of your personal data (photo, generated image and video) is based on your voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. Withdrawal will result in the immediate deletion of your data (as far as technically possible).
